Natural Remedies for a Chronically Constipated 6 Year Old
My son has terrible constipation issues. He eats a ton of veggies and fruits, and takes a fiber supplement and Culturelle (a probiotic). We saw the doctor about this several times, and the doctor suggested Mirilax daily. I had him on Miralax for 8 months, which helped, but I am not comfortable giving him a laxative forever. Are there other natural things we can do to help him?
