I was able to get ink from a ballpoint pen out with hair spray. (And it wasn't even the aerosol kind) GOOD LUCK!
Hello moms,
I recently was doing what mom's do all the time, multitasking. I was getting ready for work when my daughter need to print papers for school. It just happened that the ink was out, so I was refilling it. Just as I was finishing it shot out on to mu tan pants. Has anyone been successful at removing ink off clothing?

Whatever you do do not wash....
You want to use high fat milk or cream, and bring to a near boil then soak the ink stain in it...the fat will draw out the ink. you will need to ring it out and start over w/ a clean batch of milk. Continue until the stain comes out.
I have tried this w/small ink stains and have had great success. Good luck.
aerasol hair spray worked for me

I had luck with Oxyclean stain remover in the spray bottle. I used it multiple times before it worked on my mom's white pants.
RIP Billy Mays. The man never promoted a product unless it workes.
Peace,

Try hairspray or Oxyclean.
Not sure about inkjet ink, but I used to work in a printshop and we used hairspray to get ink out. It also works on ink pens. It's not perfect, but it's works better than other things I've tried.
Pouring rubbing alcohol on the spot shrinks pen ink down to a pin dot.
era might work but I have used with some work lemon juice.
Also a product call oxyclean might work for soking.
With the lemon juice put old towel under and soak with the juice and scrub with a small brush, this can cause pilling, of the fabric.best bet would be to try the oxyclean.

I haven't used this one myself because I haven't needed it since I learned about it. (Knock wood). A friend of mine said that she got ink out with Barbasol shave cream...she said it even worked on some old stains.
Good luck and let me know if you try it and if it works.

Dont know for sure but try grease lightning from dollar general. It works wonderful on almost any stain there is.
Try using hairspray. Get the liquid kind with a spray bottle. Spray and blot. Good luck!
I've used rubbing alcohol to remove ink. Just apply it (undiluted) and scrape with your finger nail until it comes off. A good soak in a heavy mixture of Oxyclean and hotwater afterwards wouldn't be a bad idea. Although, I've only dealt with pen streaks, not a blob. Good luck!
Not sure about this specifically, but my husband got red ink on our tan carpet (pens do not make good prying tools).
Milk took it right out with a bit of patience and a toothbrush.
desk jet ink is water soluble. You should have no trouble getting it out. Wash as normal, but before you put your pants in the dryer, check to make sure the ink is out. If not, treat with stain remover or hair spray and wash again.
Spray it really good with any hairspray. Then was it in cold water. It comes right out.
