Hello, I have a 1989 Volvo. Heat/AC. The windows dont let down, i guess its an fuse out or something. This was my first car, now im getting my new car and I was selling it 600.00. I strongly suggest you require the registration to be changed when it is sold or you can be held liable for anything that happens as according to the state you are the owner (ie: ticket for no insurance and if the car is towed you are the only one that can get it out).....
