I am still on the search for the perfect boy's tennis shoes for my 17 month old. I am not ready to put him in regular hard tennis shoes. Since he is in a size seven it has gotten harder to find some with a soft sole. Anyway, I saw a little boy with some really cute tennis shoes on today. They looked just like real tennis shoes with laces, but the laces were fake and it had a velcro strap. The sole was rubber but was very thin. They looked like what I am looking for and the bottom said Pumpkin Patch. However, when I googled that and looked on the Pumpkin Patch website there were non even remotely close. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of the shoes I am talking about or of a similar brand. Thanks!
Try Nordstrom. I know they sell Pumpkin Patch clothing, so I would think they would sell the same brand shoes.

I searched to but couldn't find anything. My only suggestion is next time you see the kid ask his mom where she got the shoes. Sorry I don't have a better answer. Around that size I took my son to Target they have stylish tennis shoes that are sturdy but softer and more flexible and plyable than the traditional stiff tennis shoe out there. That's what I've bought for our son because I wanted him to be able to move and bend his feet too. Good luck on the search.
