Mamas & Papas -

Any recommendations on what to do with juicer grinds? Hubs makes some strange juice concotions - i.e. beet, celery, orange, ginger & garlic; spinach, tomato, apple, parsely, & garlic.

I was wondering if they can be added to a soup, or some savory bisquits, or something of that ilk.

Thanks for your ideas.

I know this isn't what you had in mind but I would bet they would make great compost!

Yes, there is a way to add the pulp to other foods. I've heard of people putting it into breads such as muffins when they make them from scratch.

Here is a web site that discusses the pros and cons of using the pulp in foods. I googled juicer pulp and found several sites.

Lots of things you can do with it. My personal favorites are muffins (for apple and carrot and beet) and throwing it into pasta sauce. This website has lots of ideas http://www.all-about-juicing.com/recipes-using-juicer-pul....
