I have some Gerber vinyl pants that go over the underwear. I got them at walmart.
My two and a half year old son has been potty training for about a month now. He was doing really well, I'd ask/remind him to go potty at first and then he would start to tell me on his own. He was doing really well for about a week and a half and now all the sudden we are backtracking. Accidents( urine only, so far) are happening multiple times a day. He's been wearing his big boy underwear, which he loves, so I'm wondering if they make plastic (leak proof) underwear COVERS? Not plastic underwear, but something that would go OVER his big boy undwear. I want to keep him in his existing underwear and still save my furniture. Help.

they do have them, our pool makes us put them on over swim diapers. You do have to hunt a bit for them. I think I found the Gerber brand in either target or walmart, although I have to say, they aren't exactly leak proof. They would contain a lot of it, but if there is a waterfall, you will still have a trickle fall through. My kids hated them, so maybe they will influence your son to be accident free.
They do have plastic pants that are made to go over cloth diapers. Not so
sure how comfortable they will be. They are crinkly (sp). He will get the
hang of it again. Good luck.
Hey there,
Totally understand, and you don't want to put them back into pull up type diapers!
They do sell them, and I have friends that like the Bambino Mio covers, like these:

Best of luck with the potty training!
Gerber does, and they sell them at Babies R Us, but they didn't help. Leaked everywhere. I ended up using either diapers again or the Bumgenius covers I had with no liner (left her in panties but the diaper saved the couch).
