Sounds good to me except we would never put them to bed that early. We have too much to do in the evenings and would keep them up later and then they would eventually sleep later in the mornings.
My daughter has always been an early bird, waking sometimes as early as 5:30 to start the day. She is in bed anywhere between 7:15-7:30 and has now transitioned to one nap from 12:30-2:30. She is very rarely cranky, so I assume she is getting enough rest.
What time does/did your toddler wake and go to bed?

Our daughter dropped her naps at age 2. We put her to bed at 6 p.m. and she woke at 6 a.m. Children that age need around 13 hours of sleep. Our daughter was getting 12 and her doctor said that was fine.
My daughter (knock on wood) has always been an amazing sleeper. She goes to bed between 8 and 8:30pm everynight and wakes at about 7 to 7:30am every morning. And if she happens to go to bed later than normal she almost always makes up for the lost time at night, in the mornings. She just recently (in the last few months) went to one nap a day and usually takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. She goes down for her nap after lunch at about 1 or 1:30pm
I am due with my second in 6 weeks and I am so nervous that this change is going to screw up her sleeping patterns and that I might not get as lucky with her - meaning this new addition might not be as good a sleeper. But you never know
Good Luck
My 16 mo old and my 2.5 yr olds share a room and they both go to bed at 730pm, they wake up on their own usually between 630-7am and they both nap from 12pm-2pm. Works great for me.
I suggest writing down sleep times for a week or so to see how much she is sleeping.. and her behavior.. My kids were sleepers.. (3 hour naps) so they got a bit more sleep than yours.
I might try moving bedtime a bit earler... she will wake up at her normal time no matter when she goes to bed...
At age 1 my kids were in bed by 630 - 7.. and slept till 7. with a 2-3 hour nap.. but they are sleepers.
11m/o boy
7am wake/eat
9am nap
11am wake/eat
1p nap
3p wake/bottle
7p sleep.
Note that in the last week or two we've seen him trying to adjust his nap schedule - http://www.mamapedia.com/questions/3410598110215471105
I take my 3-year-old up to bed around 8:30 or 9, and he is asleep by about 10. (I don't get home from work until 5:30 and by the time dinner is over, we need some time to play together!)
My husband wakes him up around 8 a.m. to take him to daycare, where he naps from about 1-3 p.m.
If he is not woken up on the weekends he will sleep til about 10 or 11 a.m., then we skip naptime.
I have a 3 and 5 year old. They both go to bed between 7:30 and 8:30. My 5 year old is normally up around 6:30 and he may or may not take a nap in the afternoon. He at least lays down in his bed for rest period for an hour in the afternoon. My 3 year old gets up around 7:30 and she still takes at least a 2 hour nap in the afternoon. She is the sleepy one of the 2.
My 3 1/2 year old daughter stopped taking naps when she was 2 1/2 years old. She still needs them though. I can tell because if we're out and about in the car, she will often fall asleep in the car in the late afternoons. That being said, she goes to bed between around 7:30 pm (sometimes a little earlier, and rarely, a little later) and wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30.
My 18 month old daughter wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30, takes a nap from 1 to 3:30ish and goes to bed at 7pm.
