I have a tiny tattoo from college that would like to get re-colored. Any tattoo shop recommendations in Johnson County?

What can I do next?

Hi C.,
I know several people that have been to Skin Illustrations and were all very pleased, one was my Brother and he has about 6 tattoos. They even open the needles in front of you so you know you don't have to worry about diseases. Good luck finding a place.

it's so funny that you should ask this - in all the time i've been on mamasource i have never seen anyone ask about a tattoo shop, and just last night my husband and i were researching online to find one, we both want to do something for our son. anyway. i found this one called "aftershock", http://www.kcskinart.com/ , apparently they're pretty top tier. i also found one of their artists (shane) on myspace and his work looks awesome. i realize you said you only want a touch-up, but these guys look very reputable. good luck!

I can't remember the name of it, but there's a brand-new shop off 435 and Metcalf, right around the corner from Hooters and where Stanford's Comedy Club used to be. My boyfriend has several tattoos from "M", the lady that co-owns the place.

I would recommend Skin Illustrations on 87th Street in Overland Park.
