Hi mommys! Im a considering purchasing a pair of Sketchers Shape Up sneakers. I walk 4-5 days a week 2.5 miles in 45 minutes with a friend of mine. I am hoping that adding these sneakers I might see some additional results. I was wondering if anyone has purchased these sneakers, and if they are worth it. I am also aware that there are knock off brands at Walmart, and was wondering if anyone has tried these also. Thanks!!
Go to payless , Champions has made a version of these shoes that are less than half of what you pay for the sketcher.
I have the Champions version of the Reebok fitness shoe. They were 30$ and I love them.
The Sketchers do not come in wide sizes and I have wide feet , the Champions fit much better.

A friend of mine who's a trainer, has worn the original ones (MBT? MTB? I forget the brand) for 20+years and loves them. She says to be careful and only use them for forward motion. Using them for leg lifts, side lunges, etc, will only add bulk where we don't want it. I'll be buying some soon!
I personally haven't bought these yet, but my Mom has and she just loves them! She says she can really feel the difference. And I agree with Beth about looking at Payless for the Champion brand ones...it's a great brand and probably does the same thing the more expensive ones do!
My mom tried all the knock off brands before splurging and buying the sketchers. She LOVES them! She wears them all the time, and even bought the shape up sandles for when its hot out. She looks so much better then she did before having them, its amazing.
I would defenatly go out and buy Sketchers if you can afford them, lol. They are worth the cost!
