I'm looking to buy a shopping cart cover and there are so many to pick from on ebay and the internet that I'm not sure which is the best. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking for one that fits shopping carts and most high chairs.
this is like the one I got but girlie themed for my daughter she is three and we still use it it covers the whole buggy seat not just a little of it. The other you get at target doesn't fit the whole thing I had one and took it back.

There is a seller on Ebay called mailey100 who sells begermfree.net covers. They are fantastic. Very well made, have little pockets, and its soft and puffy. Very easy to use. I use mine every time we go out and you can just throw it in the washer and dryer. Hope this helps. K. W

Babies R Us carries one called Floppy Seat & it's wonderful. It covers the entire shopping cart seated area & fits into most high chairs. It has a pocket on the inside of the seat & areas that you can hook toys to. It folds up into a small bag for ease of carrying. We've had a pink one for our daughter since she was born (she's 14 mo. old now) & we love it. When she was smaller she used to lean to the side of the shopping cart & the Floppy Seat has enough padding that she wouldn't hit her head on the cart. They cost about $40 & is definitely worth it.

I have a Floppy. It is the best!!! It covers well and it even folds up into itself and has a handle to carry. It also has rings to hold toys and it has its own seat belt so you don't have to use the gross shopping cart ones. I got mine at Babies R Us and paid $39.99. It was the best $40 I ever spent!! Well worth the money!!!!

I recommend the Buggy Bag also. My sister actually got it for her 1st child, 8 years ago. We passed it back and forth between or 4 kids. Now it has been passed down to my sister-in-law to be used with child number 5. It is still in great shape!

The floppy seat is ugly and doesn't fit on all shopping carts! I threw mine in the trash! I bought the BEST shopping cart cover ever from Covers4kids.com. She does a FABULOUS job and there are SO many patterns to choose from - I think there are almost 1000! Cute ones - not like the hideous floppy seat ones! She also does car seat covers as well. They are also reasonably priced - $39.99! I bought my black and white toile cover 4 1/2 years ago and it washes GREAT and I still get compliments today on it! It has survived to children and will be used by #3 down the road!

I have one that I didn't end up using. Bought from Babies R US for $60. I guess you really have to remember to take it into the store Ha Ha. I would give it to you cheap, if you want it.

We had a floppy seat (http://www.floppyseat.com/newsite/index.html) and I loved it. I liked how it covered the entire shopping cart and high chair seats. It's super easy to use and keeps your child securely buckled in. It goes in the wash no problem and is easy to take with you. You can hook toys to it and if he ate the crumbs off of it, it didn't worry me as much as if he'd eaten them directly off the shopping cart. Plus, it's great when the weather is hot and shopping carts get hot. They're padded enough to prevent burns, etc.

I bought a hand made one through an ebay store called covers4tots. She hand makes them in whatever fabric you choose and will even embroider name or initials on it. I paid $30 for the cover and shipping almost 2 years ago now and I do not regret it at all. My daughter just turned two and we still use it ALL the time on all shopping carts (including Sam's and larger carts) and it is so stretchy that it fits on everything we have tried, including all high chairs.

I bought the Eddie Bauer shopping cart cover from Walmart for $19.99. It does the job but isn't as good as I expected. It doesn't have elastic all the way around but it does have places to hook toys or keys on. Depends how much you want to spend I guess. It fits on restaurant high chairs too.

Try www.buggybaggs.com. I loved the design and function of their product. I used it with my youngest for as long as possible, before giving it away. The colors of the fabrics never faded. It was completely machine washable. The zipper is a very heavy duty. You'll love their product!

Once Upon a Child carries great ones. They are the "Clean Shopper" brand. You can also buy these online. I've had mine going on 4 years now. It still looks great after using it with both of my boys.

I have the cloth one that completely covers the shopping cart seat and high chair. Teh best invention ever. There are several brands that have this style. I like the cloth best b/c i can throw it in the wash machine. I am not a fan of the plastic 'wipe clean' material. They are cold, sticky in the summer and when wet. Plus, i don't think they clean nearly as easily as the cloth does. With my first born they did not have a cover really. Just a piece that velcroed around a portion of the seat. It was better than nothing but i always put a blanket on the sides. Another plus with the cloth...there were several times when i could lay the girls down in the seat area to sleep while i shopped. It was great. My youngest is 2 and i still use mine.
I have the floppy seat also. I love it! I bought mine at BRU for about $25. It's fluffy and Elizabeth loves it!

I bought mine on ebay from Dos Patios. She's in San Antonio so you get it super quick. It's very cushy and fits all shopping carts and the wooden high chairs at resaurants.

The covers fit both high chairs and grocery carts and they are UNBELIEVABLY cushy and cozy :) There are hundreds of super trendy fabrics to choose from and the extras are awesome too!!! You can even have your cart cover customized with a cup holder, pillow, leg flaps, and diaper pockets. You'll love these!!

I also have a floppy seat and always get compliments on it. I like that it covers big shopping carts (like Costco, our favorite store) and there is nowhere he can touch that's not covered. It also has pockets that are nice and the loops to hook toys on.
