I am looking to find a few playmates for my little boy. He is 3 months old, and I have not met any one in my area with a baby around his age.
well my children are a bit older but i am a stay at home mom (23) with three kids 6, 4, and 18 months. always looking for other young moms to hang out with.
im a stay at home mom too! sad thing is my daughter has NO ONE to play with & shes 3 yrs old lol i feel bad cause she wants someone to play with... but of course i cant always play with her i have things to do grrr lol just felt like sharing

In Aventura mall there is "Character Wednesday" Free 10-12 usually in the playground (being renovated)but curently in the "Color me Mine" pottery store 3rd floor by the movies. Me and other moms meet there every wednesday and we wouldn't miss it! They have a different character for the little ones and sing and dance and read books and bubbles, and a free movie for the bigger kids during the summer every week.
If you get the Miami Herald paper in the Neighbors section it has list of activities that there are for kids. I believe it shows that some hospitals offer Mommy & Me classes and I believe they don't cost if you are on a budget since you just moved here. If not, I just enrolled my daughter in My Gym (they have a web site) which offers classes for children 3 months and older which you can take him to and he will mingle with other children his age plus you will meet other parents in your area. I believe they charge $150 for a 10 wk session 45min each session. I hope this helps.
