Seeking Good Therapist - Olathe,KS

I know a very good therapist, but he is a he and in Blue Springs. I used to live in Olathe and even though he would be about 45 minutes away I would still drive to see him if I needed help again. He saved my marriage. After we had our daughter, and we planned her it took me 2 years to get pregnant, we couldn't get along at all. Anyway I know you probably won't want to drive that far, but in case there are others who are afraid to ask the same question I am going to give his name anyway. His name is Lawrence O'Renick and his office is on Outer Rd. in Blue Springs, MO. Hope you find someone good that is closer, but if you don't he is a very sweet and genuine man and a good therapist, my husband liked that he was not a Psychiatrist and couldn't push pills on us. Although he did suggest that we see a Psychiatrist and after about 3 months we finally did and were a lot happier after we did. Good luck!

I am so happy to respond to this because I know the most wonderful therapist in KC... Her name is Cathy Sterchi, and she is nothing short of amazing, with adults or kids of all ages. She came highly recommended to me, and WOW, her insight gives you chills and "lightbulb" moments, and her lack of judgment and total grace and goodness make her the best i have ever known.
