Seeking Excellent Pediatrician

I have a great pedi in Richardson. Her name is Norah Randles. She is with Richardson Pediatrics. I don't know what insurance they accept but I would definitely give them a call. They're awesome. ###-###-#### There is only 2 doctors in the group. Dr Randles and Dr Crow. Dr. Crow has been a pedi for 30 years. Dr. Randles just started private practice but I worked with her in the ER at Children's and she is very knowledgeable and really knows what she's doing. They are not medicine pushers! Dr Randles has a "let's wait and see" approach but only if you're comfortable with that. She is aggressive when necessary. The office staff are wonderful, they know both of the kids names. The nurses are all RN's most with pedi ICU experience. They will always fit you in for a sick visit as well. I can't say enough good things about this doctors office! Good luck, M.

I absolutely love our pediatrician. He's off 75 and Walnut Hill. It might be further for you (he's right across 75 from North Park Mall). I live in Murphy and would drive anywhere to go to him.

His name is Dr. William Moore - his number is ###-###-####. He is not a big medicine pusher at all. I'm not sure if he's on your insurance or not - but a quick call should let you know. His nurse is Michelle and she is really nice, too.

I know it's hard to find a good pediatrician - he is our 3rd one. He also takes his own calls after hours. On weekends he rotates with other doctors, but during the week you will always get him when his office is closed (I've even had to call him at 1am and he answered right away).

We have been taking our kids to Dr. George Eastman for 17 years. He is in Plano and is located in Building III of Medical Center of Plano. There number is ###-###-####. I am a RN and have also worked for him.... He is great. It is a solo practice but shares office space with another group of pediatrician. Appointments are usually fairly easy to get also. Very thorough and not quick to medicate! I believe he does accept Pacificare, if I recall correctly. Hope this helps.

We use Dr. Chad Guetersloh in Frisco http://www.centennialpediatrics.yourmd.com/ and have been very happy with him. Not sure about what insurance he takes but it may be worth a call.

I like Dr. Richard Rivera ###-###-####) in Carrollton. He is on Josey lane near Trinity Medical Center if that is not too far. I am not that fond of his partner Dr. Monica Beamer. I just always request Dr. Rivera. I wouldn't trade him for anything. We have been going to him since my 8y/o was 18mo old. I switched b/c I didn't like the office I was at before. He does a good job of listening to the moms.

I worked with Dr. Aaron Kaplan several years ago and found him very thorough as well. I believe his office is in or near Plano Presby.
