1/2 tablet of Unisom with B6 worked like a charm for me. I am 6 mos and still have morning sickness, but taking the unisom combo at night helps tremendously.
Hey Ladies,
I need remedies! I have looked for the ginger candy and preggy pops but i can not seem to find it in Raleigh, NC. I have no clue what to try now, but i am having the hardest time dealing with the Nauseous. Is there anyplace i can order the pops or candy online or is there anything else i can do or try?

I am right there with you. For whatever reason, gummy bears and gummy worms seem to help me. The Preggie Pops hurt my teeth if I suck on too many, but I can eat gummy worms for an hour without pain. It may not be healthy, but it makes me feel better.
Also, just trying to eat heavy meals seems to help. At night I always eat a baked potato just before going to bed to try to stock up for the night. Anything that is starchy seems to keep the nausea away for a little longer.
Fitness Water is good to drink if you are vomiting. My midwife told me that Gatorade has too many electrolites, and it can cause more nausea.
I hope you feel better soon!
I hope you feel better soon
I've also heard that Ginger Tea works and just heard yesterday that smelling peppermint (essential oil) works.
You can order ginger candy and preggo pops from Amazon.

Those are sour - just an example. They have all of them.
You can also try taking Ginger as a supplement. Snacking often on crackers does seem to help. I also ate a ton of TUMS and drank Mylanta like it was going out of style.
Whole Foods on Wade Avenue/Ridge Road has ginger in the fresh candy bins, and I think that you might be able to get preggy pops at Buy Buy Baby in Durham. Good luck!
To settle down my severe morning sickness I used an organic herbal remedy called No to morning sickness tea and got great relief.
I was just at Once Upon a Child in Cary (off Harrison & Maynard) yesterday, and they have the Preggy Pops (among other things). They had a box of them on the check out counter. I was also told to try ginger when I was pregnant, and I found ginger candy at World Market. I still use it now (years later) for mild car sickness. Hope this helps.
Try snacking frequently... crackers and trail mix were my favs when I had morning sickness. I had them on me ALL THE TIME! Anything relatively dry that I could nibble on constantly. Feel better!!
If your doctor will give you Zofran, it will at least help and take the edge off the nausea. My daughter was sick the entire 9 months and she also tried phenegran which help at first, then switched to Zofran. As for the Preggy Pop check Motherhood Maternity. They are usually located in most malls.
If your nausea is really bad, they may suggest the Zofran pump.
Wishing you the best and hope it gets better soon.
there are 2 meds that your DR can give you, if you want them
they are called reglan and zofran. They helped me a little
also there is a dose of vitamin B6 you can take but i cant remember how much!
good luck and hang in there!!!
I also know ladies who have had great success with acupuncture treatments as well. And I agree with the other comment about keeping food on your stomach as much as possible, even through the night with the before bed snack so you are not so "empty" by first morning.
Good luck
