Any recommendations for workout dvds that are intended for use during pregnancy? I'm not looking for anything strenuous, just something basic for flexibility and to stay (as if I am!) in good shape. Thanks, moms.

I have 2 pregnancy dvd's if you want them. They are pilates videos that were great.

I can't imagine how you'll manage to squeeze in a workout with how busy you must be with your little ones :) God Bless ya!

I did "Yoga for your pregnancy" - it's endorsed by Lamaze. it was easy, relaxing and my bones felt good afterwards - all them joints loosening up can really make you achey... these moves are all designed not to put added strain on them.

it's even good for post partum.. nice and easy for those couple weeks before your 6 week check up when you shouldn't really be doing any workout regimen, but can't stand to not do 'something'.

Enjoy!! congrats on the new little angel :)

I had a Yoga Mama dvd from Crunch Gym that was awesome. All the poses and streching felt really good and helped my back when I got bigger.

Try a pregnancy yoga dvd. Avoid anything that creates stress for your abs. Avoid twisted poses.
Also consider a local pregnancy yoga class at your local yoga studio. These classes are offered through some park districts in the evenings and on weekends.
