My friends keep telling me downtown Birmingham? is a cool place to eat and walk along the shops. I've heard the Meltingpot in Troy is a fun place for dessert. I haven't done either though. We're stuck in the dinner and movie routine too.
Looking for any ideas on what to do with my husband tomorrow night It is a very rare occasion that we go out alone just for the heck of it. So, I am sending the kids to the grandparents overnight and want to surprise him with a night out. I don't want to spend the night at a hotel or anything and I am hoping to not do the typical dinner and movies, although I am sure dinner will be part of the plan. If you have any specific places or events going on in the area you could suggest, I would appreciate it.

His n hers massage? I think there are a couple of places in rochester that do this - check on the web...
Go to a Tigers game (out of town tomorrow, but in the future you could), casino- wolfgang puck has a great restaurant at the MGM Grand, DIA, a walk around the zoo together, bowling, downtown Mt Clemens has feather bowling at Bath City Bistro and the Fondue Room is awesome (I like it better than The Melting Pot) or you could stay in and make a romantic dinner, or spend the night in a jacuzzi room hotel and eat in ;)
Go Feather Bowling! It's at Cadiux Cafe (sp), I hear it's fun!
