The change in the WW program is a vast improvement IMO. What it does is force you to eat healthier foods. My problem with the old program was the 'junk' that you could eat for low points. Yes, that bag of WW chips is only 100 calories but it is processed junk food. It also factors in protein and carbs which are SO important in the equation. It is a much more solid diet now really. Foods like fruit-which as you know used to be a point-are zero points now. You get more points per day but many of your old standby foods are more points now also.
BTW-you should try this new brownie that I discovered called the "No Pudge" Fudge Brownie. It is an all natural mix that you combine with vanillla yougrt and bake...or you can do a single serve portion in the microwave with 2 tbs of mix and one tbs of yogurt, nuke for one minute. IT is only 100 calories and SO good!! A great way to curb your sweet tooth and its healthy-no artificial sweeteners or additives. Just had to share!
