I've used Alba Dorsch at Decorating Alternatives and really liked her ideas. She has a website with examples of her work if you want to look to see if you like her style. Her website is www.decoratingalternatives.com. She does what you are talking about, comes to your home, and gives you ideas of what to do to pull it together. Like, paint colors, furniture placement, accent pieces, etc.
