From what you are describing, I think you would LOVE COlleen Leh - call her at ###-###-####. You will be glad you called her, and she is located on the Keller/Southlake border.
I am looking for someone to help with interior decorating. I have a new home in the Keller area and don't know where to start... I do not want the pretentious model home look. I am a real estate broker, and look at that every day. I think the best way to describe what I'm looking for is: comfortable, whimsical, and stylish. I'm not a fan of monochromatic schemes, I love color.
If anyone has recommendations or referrals it would be greatly appreciated.

There is a place in Keller called Cheap Thrills Decor. They do a lot of unusual and different decorating. Check out their website at cheapthrillsdecor.com. My daughter did her interior design internship with them last summer and really enjoyed it. Good Luck!
Hi, V.!
I too am a Realtor, and my husband is a builder. We've used Kathryn Bradford with Bradford Designs for our personal homes for years. We don't like that "just so" look either. I think you would like Kathryn. She listens to what you wamt and does her best to help you achieve it. I think yall would enjoy working with each other, and she would probably become a great source for you in your business as well. She can be reached at ###-###-####.
Don't hesitate to contact me, if you have questions or need more information. FYI--I will NOT receive a referral fee, if you use her service.

V.,
There is a great designer in Southlake. Her name is Casey Hall and her company is Lonesome Dove Design. She is very affordable and really makes an effort to use the stuff you already have along with any new items you might need. She also does staging for several realtors around town. Check out her web site at lonesomedovedesign.com.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
I graduated from UNT in 2000 with a degree in Interior Design. I have practiced both here in Dallas and in San Diego, CA. I am currently a stay-at-home mom in Grapevine, but I enjoy design and therefore still do it some on the side. Because I do it part-time (and mostly just for fun) my prices are VERY reasonable! Feel free to contact me if you are interested, or just want to talk more.

Hi V.,
I saw your request on Mammasource. Please visit my website at www.erdesignsolutions.com Would love the opportunity to visit with you in regards to your decorating needs and show your more of our redesign projects.
V., Try ER Design ____@____.com.
Rhonda & Erika are a pleasure to work with; they will listen to you and your wishes and go from there. We used them to stage one vacant home for sale and it sold within
45 days. Then, we hired them to decorate our new home. They shopped our things and remarkably put them in just the right place to spotlight them. They worked within our budget to purchase other items for our home. We were more than pleased with the outcome and still when we walk in our front door we're impressed with what they did. It feels like home! Believe me, you'll love working with these ladies.
Hi V.. I'm not sure if you have found something or not...but my husband does interior design on the side to try and build up his resumé. He knows about many discount offers of the big retailers. If you are interested feel free to let me know and we can email you some pictures. Good luck in your search.
Hi V., I am a registered ASID interior designer with 16 years of experience doing home interiors. I can help you with any design issue from paint colors, to furniture, to designing kitchens and bathrooms. I do it all! My rates are very reasonable, plus you would be getting the benefit of having a professionial interior designer rather than just a decorator. Please visit my website for more information or call me at ###-###-####. Thanks, A. Morgan, ASID
Contact Paula at Phanzy That in N.Keller off Hwy 377; if you do, tell her M. and Dean sent you!!
We love her and all she's done for us. We moved from Keller to Roanoke almost one year ago and she works with us in stages as we decorate this home.
Hi V....
My friend Camie told me she responded to your interior design request with my name and number. Normally I would leave it at that but she was right in her response. Your wanting to stay away from the usual cookie cutter look is what I love to do. Color is my main ingredient and I firmly believe there should be a bit of whimsy in every room without sacrificing style.
I love to get to really know the person/people I am working with so that their home is a complete reflection of them and no one else... especially me!
If you're already happily working with someone - fabulous. If not, please call me at
###-###-####.
Thanks V....

I live in Haslet and I use Cheap Thrills Decor. They are a little funky, but she seems to find a style that will fit exactly what your looking for. Check out their website at www.cheapthrillsdecor.com. They have a warehouse in Keller that is open once a month but they do at home styling as well.
Hi V.,
I am a floral designer in Southlake. We have a wholesale design workroom and I work with a lot of designers in the area. One of my favorites in your area would be Linda Boylan from Peri Nicole Interiors. Her number is ###-###-####. She works out of her home and is a busy mom, too. If you don't hit it off with her, another designer that I have a lot of experience with is Kay Crinklemeyer of Designs by K in Grapevine. She is located on Hwy. 26 and has years of experience.
Please feel free to contact me at my work ###-###-#### for any other referrals. We share a space with Candy Whitman of Whitman Interiors. She is very good but may not be a good fit for you. Her look may be too "model home" for you.
Good luck,
J. B
Try chocolatehouseinteriors.com. Marcia Richards is the decorator.... I have used her and she is very good and very reasonable price-wise. Make sure you tell her M. (in her neighborhood) referred you.
