I am looking for an interior decorator/designer. I have asked my friends and noone seems to have a recommendation. I have a 5 bdrm home that I have no idea what to do with and I have 6 months to get it ready for a big celebration. If anyone has suggestions for me, I'd really appreciate it.

Hi N.. There is a great little store called Asbury's on Johnson Ferry Rd in East Cobb. I know Cynthia, one of the owners, and she has been in the business for many years. They do custom upholstery and home furnishing and work with many talented designers. I am sure they'd be happy to give you a few recommendations if you called or visited the store. Again, it's at 3000 Johnson Ferry Rd, #110 in Marietta, and their phone number is ###-###-####. Best of luck to you!
Hi N.,
Jeff Miller is an excellent designer. He is reasonable and I love what he did with mine. I like that he makes it easy by getting my style and then bringing me options. His number is ###-###-####. Have fun!

Hello
My suggestion is to add pillows, window treatments and a splash of color to each room. Very inexpensive but makes a huge impact on the room. The splash of color and can be art, glass, pillows, candles, etc... I hope this is helpful

I'm not sure if she is still working but her name is Kathy Harmon in Atlanta but she used to work all over. She is AMAZING! My Dad was a residential interior contractor and did alot of jobs for her. She also became a family friend. She is a super sweet lady and yet very profesional. If you do get to talk to her tell her that Jack Bennet's daughter,K., told you about her. If she's NOT doing work any more she can probably recomend some one
www.asid.org is the website for the Interior Design trade organization. It is for designers who have earned the ASID credentials, the same way architects belong to AIA.
