My designer SPECIALIZES in designing on a budget (very small ones in some cases). She also stages many of my homes which mainly requires using the homeowners existing stuff and giving it new life by placement or accessories. She is also VERY good and getting a feel for your family. Her focus is designing the room around the child or family - not designing something marvelous then expecting the family to become this.
She also does weddings so she is the queen at making everything appear magnificent.
