I am looking for a babysitter/nanny/childcare provider to watch my 3 children. My hours are an overnight shift currently. Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am. My children are 8 and 6 month old twins. The 8 year old is very well mannered and is a great help when needed with the twins. The twins do sleep through the night so wouldn't need much taking care of unless they wake up and in this case they would just need a bottle and right back to sleep. Another website search option is enannysource.com. I have used them to find our nanny. (it is a bit more expensive that sittercity)

I recommend Sittercity.com. I have been using the site for 3-4 months now and have had an abundance in replies to every job I post. It's similar to Match.com: you pay the initial fee to have access to to hundreds of girls and women; their profiles, reviews, hours their available, approx. where they live, etc. It's legit and well worth it!! You can pay to have a background check on any of the girls as well. I found sitters by looking at their reviews.
