Does your daily "rutine" include paying attention in class? It should!
Ok...so i just got my ears pierced Saturday...and 2day @ skool...monday...i lost the back of my earring at skool...but my earring didnt fall out(thank goodness) and i put a different earring back on the back of the earring and continued my daily rutine....
IS THAT BAD THAT I GOT A DIFFERENT EARRING BACK EVEN THOUGH I WASHED IT AND PROPERLY DRYED IT..??

No it will be fine. If that happens again at school just use a pencil eraser. Make sure that it is clean and unused. Break it off and put it on the back of the earring until you get home to put another one on. This will hold the earring in place.
A gold or surgical steel back is best when your ears are newly pierced. Even the first few months your ears may be sensitive to other things but if you stick with gold or surgical steel post earrings the first 6 months you should have no problems. Washing is a good start but cleaning with rubbing alcohol or another antiseptic is better. If you are cleaning your ears with alcohol twice a day like you are supposed to then you will probably be fine.
As long as everything is properly cleaned you should be just fine. Please don't listen to any of the mean and judgemental people that maybe responding to your posts. No one else knows your situation and if you have someone at home to turn to.
With newly pierced ears, the earring backs should be 14K gold, as long as they've been cleaned and you continue the recommended care of your ears, they should be fine.
I think you should be fine with a different back. Just make sure it is not too tight and that you can twist the earring. The earring is the important part and as long as the new backing fits, it shouldn't be a problem. Congratulations on getting your ears pierced!
As long as the back is either gold or surgical stainless steel you should be fine.
By washed and dried, I'm guessing you did this in the restroom at school. If it happens again, you should go see the school nurse.
If the back is surgical steel or gold and you properly cleaned with rubbing achohol, peroxide, or the cleaner they gave you, then your ok.
Remember to clean your ears every day and watch for swelling or redness.
No just watch it for infection
there is no problem at all as long as you are not allergic to the material of the back of the earring and it fits! (It is going to happen a hundred more times in your life! Go buy the tiny plastic tips that are clear to have for back ups whenever you get the chance...or anytime! you will use them! trust me! if you aren't sure what I am talking about, often times you will see thm on a pair of hook earrings when you buy them- and never use them... but they are great for all the time!)
Enjoy your newly pierced ears!

Hellooooo....this site is called "Mama"source. Ask your teenagey questions somewhere else like Twitter or Facebook!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm guessing you are on the young side - possibly elementary or middle school. If you were old/mature enough for this, you wouldn't let an earring back pull out this many exclamation points. What's the saying? - Save the drama for your Mama. Please ask your mother (or what ever adult that gave you permission to get your ears or whatever pierced) for help and try not to do anything that will give you a painful swollen infection. I think you'll live.
