We're planning a move soon from central Arlington to Euless and we'd like to use movers this time. We looking for referrals to company's that provide good quality care and service to move our stuff from one location to the other- we don't need any help with the packing or unpacking, just the shipment, loading, and unloading. Them being on time, courteous, careful, and honest is the bottom line of our requirements. We're looking for the best price based on the quality of service. We moved less than 5 miles when we built this house.
We used Mayflower. They were very helpful and reasonable. It was less than $1000 at the time.
They provided all packing materials, I did the packing and we moved a lot of smaller more fragile things ourselves since we were only moving less than 5 miles away.
You do get what you pay for... We would call this company again.
I just used Apple Moving - ###-###-#### - Michael + his brother. They charged $95 an hour. They are the best movers I've ever had. We've moved over 5 times in last 10 yrs.+ they are by far the fastest, most careful movers I've ever used!.I highly recommend them.
Go to craigslist, type 'movers' or 'moving company', there will be several. Once you find the name, Google it and see if it has any negative reviews. We did this moving to Houston and my parents did this with a local move in Dallas. No problems either time.
We have used Ameritex Moving three times between us and family members. They do a very good job and are very reasonable. Of course, they are bonded and insured. Good luck!
