I work in the pay per click world. You basically come up with lists of possible keywords that someone might use when looking for your purses. The more specific, the better. You will also need to write ads that will show up in the search results. You can then open accounts in Google Ad Words and possibly Yahoo. It's like an auction. You pick a price you want to pay per click for each keyword. Your price will help determine your position in the search results. You can set daily budget caps so you don't spend more than you intend.
