I am looking for a naturopathic physician who is willing to work WITH me to heal myself. I know some things I would like to do, and would like supervision over my health issues. I also am open to hearing of additional routes to healing. I need a physician who is open to my thoughts on my healing path and not one who needs his/her ego stroked and pushes supplements as a be all end all on patients. Any recommendations out there? Not sure where you live, but I have been to one I like in Rivergrove - Michelle Brannick ( Brannick Clinic). She also outsources to other professionals that work with her in her office since she believes that she does not know or specialize in everything. Email me if you'd like more info. B., unfortunately, I do not know of any true naturopaths in Chicago, but I have 2 suggestions. My sister is an N.D. in Seattle and graduated from Bastyr (one of the few accredited schools for an N.D. degree). I would call up the school to see if they have any graduates practicing in the Chicago area. Second, I go to a practice called Homefirst. They treat kids and adults. They are M.D.'s but they are alternative, i.e., they do not push vaccinations for kids, and in fact, tell you to educate yourself first and then do whatever vaccines you want to do. Good luck.

I've seen Dr. Barbra Griffin of Vital Health www.vitalhealth.org I've seen her and she is wonderful, she is so good though, she has a 6m waiting list. She is located right by Orland Park Mall. I took my daughter when she was 4wks old too. She only recommends the supplements your body needs and tests which brand will work in your system. Initial cost is $120, $60 per visit afterwards. I highly recommend her! Good luck!
