There seems to be quite a few choices of used-clothing stores for babies online, but it's hard to know which ones are better than others (e.g. clothes are not stained or torn). Please let me know which ones you've tried and liked. Websites with lightly-used high-end clothing would be a plus. I live in New York City, so if anyone knows of any local re-sale stores please let me know as well. Recycling is the best...
there is a place in brooklyn- fort green to be precise- that's all used baby/kids maternity clothe: http://stillhipbrooklyn.com/ plus the brooklyn flea market is near there- old and new. i did a google search for "used kids clothing brooklyn" and there were a few spots, you could try that for whatever part of nyc is closest. keep us posted! i'd like to know more too!!
Try ebay. You can search by NWT (New With Tags) or EUC (Excellent Used Condition). It's very easy to search through the categories by size.
ebay all the way! especially if you like high end stuff, just search by brand name, size, condition (nwt=new with tags, euc=excellent used condition, guc=good used condition) just check the persons feedback rating, if they have over 99% or so, they are almost definitely dependable, especially if they have many sales. you can go nuts with it, people get addicted!
