I need to find some sippy cups that are spill resistant. Just got my carpet cleaned yesterday and would like to keep them clean.

What can I do next?

To be honest I don't think any sippy cup is totally spill proof more like leak proof. We have just been introduced to a cup that has a straw and so far they don't spill or leak really at all. They are from nubby and they have a short straw and you can get them at Super Walmarts or Frys I have been told. We also like the playtex ones that have the rubber stopper, the only time those leak is if they get shook really hard and then it is only a few drops
Good Luck

I think the perfect sippy cup has not been invented yet, but I am very happy with the Playtex Insulator cups and the 1st Years Insulator cups we have. The Playtex cups do not really leak unless they are upside down for an extended amount of time and would be perfect, but they have the valve insert to clean, which is no big deal in the grand scheme, but it is an extra step. The 1st years cups are great because there is no valve, but if they are turned upside down, the little venting valve in the lid does leak a little. However, both are sooooo much better than any of the other cups we have.

Good luck : )

The First Year's insulated cups are great, I agree every cup does leak once and again but, these very rarely leak. They have Elmo or Thomas the Train characters. They're great for cold drinks because they don't sweat or make the kids hands cold and bonus they are only two pieces (lid and cup). They come in a two pack and you can get them at Target, Toys R Us or Babies R Us.

The only one I've used which has never spilled is the Playtex insulated. I've used the Gerbers, Nubys, and various other brands and they've all spilled at least once because the insert fell out of the notches weren't perfectly aligned or something else very simple. The Playtex insulated has never let us down. Good luck!

the ones I likr are the first year ones that doen't have a valve. Its somehow built in and easier to clean. Now I have them leak heare and there if they are too full or if the lid is not on correctly but comp[ared to the rest I like them the best! I have tried so many! These ones run abou 8 bucks for 2 and come in many character designs like princess, cars, thomas,

The ones i have been getting my daughter are the brand called, "Nubby" . They are great- they don't have the insert and cost less than a lot of other brands and work just as well. I think i have found them for 1.78 or around there. You can find them at walmart, frys, target. Its the only one my daughter will drink out of, she refuses the other ones.

hi, I think they can all leak, but lately my favorite have been by The First Years, they dont have any inserts to clean, lose or wearout. and they are insulated they have cute designs for boys and girls, but they are somewhat smaller than other they are only 9 oz.
Good luck, I gave up on my carpet long ago.
