Looking for a Home-based Business

For various reasons, I need to start a home-based business. I'm not looking for a career - just want to sell to family and friends. And it needs to be something I like and want to buy with the discount. I'm considering Creative Memories and Stella and Dot. But I think there are probably quite a few companies out there that I've never even heard of. Can anyone give me some names of various home based businesses, and if you have positive or negative feedback about joining them, that would be helpful too! Thanks!!

What can I do next?

No one has mentioned it yet, but I loved doing the Pampered Chef and I got soooooo much for free!! I love it, I am 25 and 99% of what I have in my kitchen is from PC and I maybe MAYBE paid $200. (I did have a party first so my initial fee was much less)
Plus their products are awesome, everyone has heard of them, they have a great reputation, and great warenties.
The only reason I don't sell with them anymore is my work schedule changed making it nearly impossible for me to do parites. I work nights and weekends.
If you want to do it I know a super supportive rep tha you can sign up under and she will help you with any and all questions.

I have to say, I am a jewelry lover and I don't particularly like Stella and Dot - been invited to parties and never bought.

I've been a Juice Plus distributor for 10 years. And not for the 'business' but because I trust the products and the company is great.

I am not a Wildtree rep, but did look into it as an arm of my wellness education business. It is a great company with wholesome, chemical free foods.

My feeling is that in today's economic environment, people can and will do without make up, kitchen gadgets, jewelry, and even wellness products. But everyone has to eat. And if I remember correctly, if you find out that Wildtree is not for you, at least you can eat your starter kit!

If you are in to skin care you could try Aloette - they have great products. I do not sell or know what the girls make etc., but I do LOVE the products, I honestly noticed a difference the first time I used them! I am sure that you could find them on the web, or if you want to PM me, I can give you the name and number of the lady that I buy my product from.

Thirty-One or Mary Kay would be my vote for what to sell. I have close friends/family that sell them and they both seem to be great companies that you can be easily successful with.
