hello im sorry to here that i am just going threw a divorce myself an the easiest cheapest way is do it your self go to comletecase.com you fill out the paper work yourself its 249 then when you file the court will charge you another 250 an the sheriff fee to have him served is 25 dollars its quick easy an cheap then you just wait for a court date good luck any questions feel free to ask
