When you juice fruits and vegetables, you loose most of it's nutritional punch. It takes out most of the fiber, antioxidants, and natural health boosters. Most of the research into Juice Plus, is funded by Juice Plus, the distributors, investors, and manufacturers. This is a BIG red flag. Any product that is regarded by the medical industry, has multiple to dozens of independent studies not endorsed by the product. There is NO label on their products. I have never been able to find the ingredients list.
There is a lot of evidence out there AGAINST Juice Plus. It's not necessarily a scam, because it won't hurt you. However, they have ran into a lot of trouble with all their false health benefit claims. You would be much better off going into a natural foods store and getting a vitamin made of Whole Foods. It will be more potent and hundreds of dollars cheaper. On a side note, my sister tried juice plus for an entire year and saw no difference...$500 later.
