S.B.
I shave my legs. For whatever reason, no matter how icky I've been feeling, if my legs are shaved it's all ok. :-)
On the days where you just feel gross...
Ya know the days where you feel frumpy, dirty, sweaty, tired lol
What do you do to make yourself feel sexy??
I shave my legs. For whatever reason, no matter how icky I've been feeling, if my legs are shaved it's all ok. :-)
A long shower (sometimes with my hubby--I LOVE that). Followed by a spritz of perfume.
i dont really do anything...having woke up this way today... i showered and can hope for the best!!!
Girly shower or (very rarely) I soak in happy bathsalts and "hide" from the world, lean back on my bath pillow and read a book. Shaving makes a WORLD of difference in how I feel.
For a superficial quick fix
I take a long girly shower (I like to refer to is as the date shower)
Take extra time with my hair and makeup
Then I go buy myself something new!
When I am actually fed up with feeling this way and want to address the issue head on
I go work out hard. I get more dirty, sweaty, and tired. Then I come home take a shower and cook something healthy. That actually lasts longer and makes me feel better thatn just slapping a new coat of paint on.
Well, I could go either way.
Either I take a shower, put some clothes that make me feel good (jeans and relax t-shirt, so no muffin top is showing, lol) and put make up.
Or
I just get brave and let my self go, put my pajamas even if it is 1pm, put my hair in a pony tail, call for pizza, put a movie and enjoy my frumpy, dirty, sweaty, (no tired because I don't even cook, lol) self. Make sure is not pictures taking that day so is not prove of anything, Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!
I use the ped egg on my feet and satin hands for my hands. I also do a mini facial.
I JUST blogged about this:
http://littlelovables.blogspot.com/2011/03/personal-style...
First, shower and tweeze your eyebrows! Then add a little pizazz to your outfit (that's what I blogged about). Also (probably before the shower), do a little bit of excersize... even if it's just jumping jacks and sit-ups, it always makes me feel a little better.
Lipstick and some mascara. I almost never wear make-up, so just doing that already makes me feel spruced up.
I go exercise, then I take a shower.
Putting on a dress and makeup and shoes that make a noise when you walk (boots or heels) always makes me feel better/prettier!
