I would agree with the other poster. What if you got a job at one of the daycares? I don't know what kind of education or skills you have but I know that medical city of dallas has on site child care and so does presby plano. What about working as a child care provider for area churches? there are a group of women in mckinney that go to all of the area churches and provide childcare. Most of them average 3 days a week. Do you have any family/support system close by? what about the child's father? he should be paying you child support. If you're having trouble getting that you can go through the texas attorney general and have his wages garnished. What about WIC or welfare? food stamps etc...?? See what your local church can do for you. I know that here in Mckinney we have an apartment complex for homeless/low income people called samaratin Inn.
