I bought two bottles back in november and took one and one half bottles and did not shed a pound. Did not work for me, I felt the edgy effects that they all have about the first week and then it was back to nothing. Good luck.
Has anyone tried this and does it really work????? Or has anyone tried one that has worked??

PHENTERMINE is the way to go. Not to get on my "soap box" but V.'s question is not SHOULD she try diet pills, her question is if a specific one has worked for anyone!
V.:
I tried this and didn't work at all for me; maybe I lost 3 - 4 pounds but I may loose the same only dieting by myself. I just asked in mamasource for a real appetitte supresant and received a lot of advise about Phentermine. I have been researching a lot about it and decided to talk to my Dr. I will have an appointment in few days and apparently, he'll prescribe this for me. I highly recommend you to look for PHENTERMINE, there's a lot of information in google. Coming back to your request, hydroxicut didn't work for me.
Good luck.

If you are studying to be a nurse, then you already know these diet drugs at the least don't work, and at the worst can be fatal. It's all about the lifestyle change, and that is the most difficult. If only success came in pill form, we'd all run out and buy it. But, the simple truth is, there's no instant gratification when you lose weight the correct way. You have to be willing to stick it out. It's much easier when you are involved with a group like Weight Watchers or Curves. Best wishes--I know how difficult it is!
I tried Hydroxycut post-pregnancy for a little while when I was deperate to drop my remaining "baby wieght". I lost a few pounds (not everything I wanted to), and honestly I think my wieght loss was more from the diet and excercise than the actual pill. I agree with what a few other people said about it making you feel "wired for sound". Probably could get the same net effect drinking a bunch of coffee or caffine products. I also echo that it's probably not the best product on the market and that the whole healthy lifestyle change is really the best approach. The idea of an appetite suppressant may not be a bad idea if you are trying to cut back on calories a bit and you are feeling hungry too often. However, honestly the best weight reduction results I got were from eating more frequent regular meals (6 small meals a day), making healthier food choices, and not beating myself up for an occassional splurge. With more frequent meals I found I really wasn't hungry at all and so I tended to binge less. I also think it gave my metabolism a natural boost. In addition to that I think adding any amt of extra cardio you can helps too. Either through extra walking, running, or even just doing things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator) if you don't have time to hit the gym. I think the high-protien shakes can help a bit as you are trying to loose wieght too...find one you like that is high on protein and low on carbs that you like the flavor of. There is a tasty chocolate flavor one I love that really satisfies my choc craving. I usually do those for breakfast...it's easy and fast. Comes in a can so I just grab one out of the frige and drink it on my way to work. Also great if you get too busy to get away for lunch etc. I'm sure with you being a mom and also being in nursing school that you often find yourself short on time. The shakes are healthier than most fast food for sure and better than skipping a meal. I guess the other thing I hear alot from everyone...is drink A LOT of water. That is harder for me but I try to force myself to get as much in as possible.
Good luck to you in whatever you decide on. I know the weight loss battle can be frustrating at times. We all wish there was an "easy" answer but the honest truth is that is just takes work and dedication to get and maintain good long term loss.

Ditto to what everyone said about changing lifestyle and habits. Make eating right and exercise a regular habit and you'll lose the weight. Join a gym and go to the classes. Most gyms have childcare so no excuses!
I used a personal trainer for a few months. It forced me to have "work out dates" and it also helped me get proper alignnment and positioning when using weights. PT's are also good cheerleaders too!
Good luck!
Weight loss drugs don't work. Not for the long term, anyway. If you want to lose weight, you have to change your habits - eating and exercise. I had a great experience, as did my husband, with Weight Watchers. I lost 35lbs, he lost 45. It wasn't really difficult to do, and we were able to maintain our losses. It just taught us how to eat wisely, and how to make tradeoffs when we wanted to splurge (as in, if we knew we wanted to have a big dinner or dessert, we made sure to exercise a lot that day). I tried a few different diets, and this was the one that really worked for me, and worked relatively quickly. I lost 1-2lbs per week.
Hydroxycut and other weight loss drugs are so bad for your body. The best this is the old fashioned way, watch what you eat and exercise.
I have not tried it, but I have friends who have and said it didn't do anything. I have been doing a cleansing program that is awesome. Check it out www.kristinestell.isagenix.com. If you are interested give me a call ###-###-#### or you can email me ____@____.com. I have gone from some 16's to 6/8's since November.
YUCK! As a personal trainer, in my gym, we are not even allowed to train people who take diet pills. That is how bad they are for you...please reconsider! Your goal should be to establish a LIFESTYLE change, not something you will have to depend on and tear up your body while doing so. It is always hard at first, but one month into it, you will LOVE it. If you need any advice or have any questions, feel free to contact me...I wish you the BEST of luck!
I am taking it now. I noticed right away my workouts are more productive and I fell stronger and sweat more. The only thing I dont like is I feel very "rushed" and "on edge" when I take it. Im almost done with it and will not buy it again because the effects it has on me emotionally and mentally are not worth it.
These sort of products are so bad for your body (heart etc...) plus you end up gaining all of the wieght back! I don't know your lifestyle but i would suggest cutting out all soda and caffiene, drink lots of water, and try working out a few times a week. Working out can just mean briskly walking. If you would like to try something to help "jumpstart" your wieght loss i would try Vitamins from Advocare. They have a complete system that helps you lose wieght with protein drinks (mixed with banana) that are yummy! I lost a ton of wieght right before my wedding on this system and kept it off without using the product that is until i got pregnant! Good Luck!
I tend to stay away from things that will give you a quick fix for loosing weight now. You end up dropping weight and it always comes back with products like that. "I've done alot"
I joined weight watchers on-line and have sucesfully lost weight (22lbs in 2mths) And have another 22 to go. I like it because you can still eat foods you love (chocolate), you don't have to "buy" any prepared foods=$$$. And they teach you how to correctly balance your portions, lose weight, and not deprive your self.
They have an on-line forum for members to keep you motivated, get support, swap recipe's and alot more. I also like the fact that joing doesn't cost an arm and a leg :).
Good Luck!
