My Mom always soaked the boys white ball pants in Clorox and washed them in Borax. They always looked brand new for every game.
Hello baseball moms! My son has been playing ball since he was 4 yrs old. Fortunatley, we've mostly had non white pants the past few years since he learned to slide. It seems if he doesn't come home with grass or dirt all over his pants then he feels he hasn't quite done his job on the field LOL! Anyway, we have white pants for allstar season and I really would like to keep them white for each game. If you have suggestions on how to do this, I'd love to hear them. I do use Tide, Shout and Oxyclean but because of the dirt slides, oftentimes even in his grey pants, the dirt marks remain. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!!

I wouldn't stress about this because boys are boys and as long as the pants have been washed, I would consider that to be good enough.
my daughter just said her secrets were lots of jugs of bleach, and pants for practice and different pants for the games, also she did scotch guard spray on the seat and the knees as soon as she bought the pants, then if after each game she sould spray and wash and let set and wash them. good luck and tell him to keep up the good work as we need more good pros to keep the american #1 sport alive.
