How Is Your Area's Weather?

Sunny and 75 in Texas.

I'm from ND and feel so bad for my friends and family up there - this winter has not been kind. I'm really worried about the flooding that may be headed that way.

The thaw will come, eventually. :)

so weird! I am one state below you in indiana and we have been in the upper 40s and 50s and last week we were in the 60s. we are getting tons of rain though, but I would rather have that then snow

Beautiful in FL. 78 and bright and sunny with a nice cool breeze. I've had my windows open for the past week!

One reason we LOVE TX is the weather, even the hot summers. I'll take a hot summer anyday over cold and snow.

We had our share of ice and snow this year, I sure hope it is gone.

I live in Minnesnowta. We've had a lot of snow this year and set records for us. Plus, it never melts. So, when we had a 17 inch blizzard in December, it took until last week to melt when it warmed up for a few days. Then we got 14 more inches. It was funny because I was out of town and never got to see the grass. My husband was home and insists it had melted! Today my mom was wondering where I was when she called. I told her I was outside playing with the boys. Her response: Is it warm out? I said YES! It's in the 20s! All a matter of perspective. This had been a bad year for people suffering from SAD (seasonal depression). I can usually do fine until March when I expect more from Mother Nature!

We survive by buying good warm outdoor gear and forcing ourselves to go outside each day for at least 30 minutes. It's tough, but it makes summer so much sweeter. I'm just glad we have snow to play in because it's better than rainy, muddy junk.

Spring can't come soon enough for me! I'm a couple counties north of you so it looks like we get spared the mess coming to you (as of this morning, anyway...), which is nice since it takes 2 days to get my road plowed.

Whoa...I am near Chicago and I heard we are getting 2-4 inches tonight but I see below 6-9??? Oh no!!! I better check the weather again. I also heard we will get more Saturday plus another big storm Sunday into Monday??? UGH! That big blizzard we had on the 1st was enough!!!!
I am sick of snow! I wanna move somewhere warm. My husband says we can when the kids grow up :)

we live in northern Indy and they are now saying upwards of 12 in with ice and blizzard winds AGAIN! we just had this I think about 2-3 weeks ago. we moved down here a year ago from Auburn Hills and I think we brought the snow with us. we have been told that it usually does not snow like this in this area.

Right now it's about 60 and sunny. Althought it was partially cloudy earlier and supposed to rain tomorrow night and saturday.
I know I am probably the minority, but I love winter, and I can totally wait for Spring. Send some of that snow my way! =)

You must live in the Detroit Metro area as do I. We got about 10 inches Sunday into Monday. Another 2 inches on Wednesday into Thursday and then another 1.5 inches last night. All of which have been heavy wet snow.

I agree that I so sick of snow. I so want spring to arrive already.

2 weeks ago it snowed and everything was closed down. Today started out overcast.. then it rained a little and now it is bright sunshine and 78 degrees.

Winter is over down here. I have turned on the air condition a few times this last week.

I'm in Westland, so I hear ya. What happened to global warming? In Michigan, these are our four seasons: early winter, mid-winter, late winter and dead winter....just a little humor:) Sunny days are coming....hang in there!

How do you guys do it. Someone post that question..... how and what do you all do in the snow for months out of the year ?
We are 60-70's in phoenix. Rain was going to come, but now it is pushed aside. Love Phoenix.

I'm in Southfield and I'm hoping I'm far enough North to spare me another morning of shovelling snow from the driveway, sidewalk, and my car of course.
Hope you don't get it too bad either. I am SOOOO ready for spring too :)

Orem Ut. . . .We get 2 feet of snow and it's gone the next day. Our weather is the weirdest. High 60's one day -5 the next with snow. It sucks. Once our snow melts then it's all ugly, brown, and awful!! Although looking at our mountains all snow covered is AMAZING. That is the only good thing.

I am near chicago and we are expecting 6-9 inches ... I am a snow newbie so I kinda like it right now I have always been in warm/hot humid climates so it is a nicer change but it would not hurt my feelings if it stopped for the year.

Right now it is cold and damp....a gets into your bones type of cold. We are expected to get an inch or two of "wintry mix" followed by 6 inches of snow tonight. Then tomorrow it is supposed to be windy. We had a lovely 66 degree day last week....sigh.

Its 80 degrees here, my ac is running, this probably means summer temperatures of 105 and up, wanna trade?

in 30s expected rain. i am so sick of winter. i still have snow on the ground from christmas storm and then some since then. i wanna go back to FL!!!

we have snow right now. i am south of seattle washington. we have snow on ground and have a light snowing falling all day. i am not complaining because we only get it so very seldom. its suppose to stay cold and snow again saturday. i love it. but i am also not stuck in feet of it for weeks on end. my kids think it is amazing, and since we are a state not used to snow...the schools close at the sight of the first few flakes.

Well, I'm in Wyoming and our seasons consist of winter and July, no joke lol. I'm used to it though, grew up here. I LOVE the snow but you have to when you live where I do :) I think we were at 10 degrees this morning around 6am, its now at 24 degrees. Not to long ago we were having -40 degree weather :)
Do have to say I am looking forward to some sun!!
