Hello :) A friend of mine had like a cream colored couch and she has black or blue ink pen on it. Any suggestions on how to get it out. Thank you.
Hairspray hairspray hairspray lol it took black sharpie out of clothing, carpet and off my one year old's head (she is bald lol)
I am about to be your life saver!!! Aerosal hair spray!!!! I had an ink pen explode on a Halloween costume I borrowed one year from a friend and I got every last little bit out with aerosal hair spray, I just bought a really cheap bottle. If for some reason it doesn't get all of it off, finish off with a magic eraser
The remedy for this stain is going to depend on the type of fabric. Having worked in a furniture store for 7 years, I can tell you that with confidence. I personally would call the professionals. It happened to me...a friend's son used my love seat cushion as an artboard with ball-point pen, and I simply didn't want to take any chances, so I called a professional and it came out great. My cream colored set is a cotton canvas. Other fabrics may respond to home treatments, but who knows???
Tide To Go pen. Works like a charm. It's taken pen marks out of my light brown microfiber couch more times then I can count.

Hairspray, works wonders.
My toddler went to town one day on our light-colored couches with a pen. I had asked on this site what to do. Many suggested the Tide To Go pen. I got one and WOW! It all came off. Needless to say, we don't keep any pens around now!
I had this problem with my son - I tired Rubbing alchol and sometimes that took it out but oxy clean really worked well too. Good luck.

I would try out in hidden area but ... spot shot (something like that... in orange aeresol can available at target), Woolite Oxy, Resolve carpet cleaner.
Also try googling for ideas too.

I have a daycare and sometimes my son writes on the couch too, I use Resolve Carpet Cleaner! Works wonders. Good luck!
