Mine and my family's FAVORITE is Chili Caramalized Pork Medallions. So easy and quick. They taste like chinese food. We always serve with brown rice (though all rice has the same PPV) and asparagus.
Cut a por tenderloin into 1 inch thick pieces. Lightly sprinkle each side with chili powder and salt. Pan sear with a small amount of olive oil until all pieces are cooked. Once all pieces are done, place them back in the pan and stir in 1/2 cup of stir fry sauce. Voila!
This is AMAZING and I believe it is 4PPV for 1/4 of the pork...which is more than anyone needs :).
