I haven't stayed there because we have a house nearby, but it looks cute and clean and kind of carries the Storyland theme. Have fun! If you go in after 3 p.m., they will give you a pass for another day this summer. It's a good way to do things if you have little ones and don't want to do a marathon day......

We have stayed there the past couple years. First year at the Inn on the top floor (we had 6 people who fit in the one room) then last year it was just 2 of us so we stayed in one of the room behind the pool area. both rooms were fine (a little dated as others have said) and my son loved the indoor pool. This year he was upset to find out we were staying someplace else but we are going to Santa's village this year so I booked someplace closer to that area. Enjoy your trip.

Haven't stayed there. But we were up at Storyland last week and stayed at the Old Field House. www.oldfieldhouse.com. This is our second time there. We'll go back again. Reasonable rates. Breakfast included (with delicious homemade waffles) Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. It's less than 10 minutes to Storyland. Have fun!

We just came back from Storyland. We stayed at the Merrill Farm Resort in North Conway and loved it! It was 20 mins from Story land and we had our own cabin. It was much cheaper than the Story book inn.
If you arrive the day before, you can enter the park after 3pm (they close at 6) and get back in the next day for the one admission price.
Have a blas!

Yes- we stayed in one of the cabins/cottages at the inn. It was a bit more expensive than the inn itself, I believe, but we had a kitchen area. It was adequate, nothing to get excited about, but we figured that we'd be out most of the day, and it was convenient to the Storyland, so it was fine. I've heard other people say they've had terrible experiences there. I don't know any specifics. But for us, for two nights and a breakfast at the inn, it was just fine. Have fun!

HI, I have stayed there 2 times. Its quite dingy and dated. We stayed a second time because we had twin 8 month olds that we wanted to be able to quickly walk back to our room for naps and such. If you aren't picky it was OK. If you like an updated and roomy place, this is not for you. There are lots of great places to choose from. We will stay someplace else this year.

We stayed there one night a few years ago (4 years ago, maybe). It was basic, but clean. The pool was not great, but the rooms were fine, although kind of outdated in decor. It was certainly not great, but not horrid either; we found it fine for one night.
