My 3 Year Old Is Awake for 2-3 Hours During the Night
Hello all. My 3 1/2 year old son has been waking up in the middle of the night, talking to himself a little and then going back to sleep since he was about a year old. The time he spends talking to himself has been increasing as he gets older but in the past 4-6 months it has gotten out of hand with him either a) waking up between 2-4 am and talking, singing, laughing, etc for 2-3 hours OR b)waking up at 5am and not going back to sleep and finally calling for me at 7am when he's ready to get up.
