I've had my tububal for 7 years and after about four years have had more female problems than i can count. But to answer your question, yes, it's normal to skip after having a tubual, but it's not normal to skip at all. I didn't believe I was pregnant, but i thought something else was terribly wrong. Well, nothing serious but i was found to have several small fibroids on my uterus (which run in my family). That has caused me to become anemic and to skip periods, well long story short, i went to my gynie and she put me on the b/c patch (not good with taking pills and such) and it did wonders for my cramps (which feel like labor pains every month)and my sex drive but most of all, it put my periods back on track. I haven't skipped in over 2 years and i stopped using them after about six months of use. Only downfall is that the cramps are back and are feeling like labor pains again. I am on a neproxin regimine and that seems to help with the worst of the pain during my first 2 days of my period. And, my period is so heavy I have to use super plus tampon with a night time Always pad.So, you will experience some skipped periods, but see your doctor, cuz you need to have your period every month.
