I, too, am sorry you aren't enjoying Utah.
Ogden has a Farmer's Market every year on Saturdays in the summer.
I recently moved to utah (hooper) and I was wondering if they do a farmers market either out here in hooper or any where else close.
Thank you for all the replys. I will definilty have to check out those.

I grew up in Hooper and moved back about 10 years ago. The only "farmer's market" here I know of is in conjunction with Tomato Days (Labor Day). You can buy produce from farmers when it is available. You will see signs as you drive down the street. The produce will be there and a can or box to put your money in. A sign will tell you how much to pay. There may be a farmer's market in Ogden, I haven't payed much attention because we grow our own garden. I hope with a little time living here won't seem so bad.
Last year Clearfield had a Farmers market every week. I think it was every Friday.
I'm sorry you are disappointed with Utah. There's actually quite a lot to do here.
The Ogden Farmer's Market is close and pretty good--there's aways a band and it's fun to listen to music while browsing booths. There are always lots of local people with their produce and a few novelties, too. My kids look forward to seeing the man with the honey, because he always brings some bees and honeycomb in glass for people to look at--neat-o and educational.
If you're looking for good produce, you might consider looking into Borski Farms. I think their site is www.borskifarms.org. People buy a share for the season and then they can pick up a bag of produce at various points (I think our closest pick up is in South Ogden) every week.
If you need help finding things to do or a mom community around here, please message me. I'm in Ogden and know some of the moms I chat with while waiting for my kids at gymnastics class live in the Hooper area. There's a couple of great La Leche League groups around here with lots of nice moms and babies (one meets today at 10:30, actually), the Treehouse Children's Museum which is even fun for little ones, story times at the library and lots of other ways to avoid feeing STUCK at home while you settle in to being a stay at home mom. Best wishes--see you around! ;)
in the summer they always have them in Ogden. The cities website should have info if not let me know, I have a friend who is always doing booths there.
For the farmers market feel on a smaller scale good produce all the time and a great price try Sacco's on Main street in Roy. It's got a tomato with a banana under it, you can't miss the sign...I go there once a week for our produce and love it, it cuts my produce bill in half.
