Does anyone do facial exercises on a regular basis to combat sagging? Has anyone seen positive results to make it worth the time?

What can I do next?

Smile a lot? Smiling is supposed to use more muscles in your face than not smiling. Other than that, plastic surgery? Don't age?
There is absolutely nothing you can do. It's going to naturally happen as you age, as your skin naturally looses it's elasticity. Best you can do is take care of your skin by staying hydrated, not smoking, eat healthy etc.
There is nothing wrong with getting old. It means you've lived life. Wrinkles and all.

Please don't fall for those gimmicks and waste your money.

Just have a routine facial cleansing and moisturizing daily and then once or twice a week use a good exfoliation. Drink lots of water, use sunscreen daily and occasionally treat yourself to a facial!

As for the sagging, a LOT of that is in the gene pool.. you are either blessed or not in many cases.

It doesn't work. Retin A. and surgery do. And yes, smiling.

There are just over 50 muscles in your face---While, I do not think the facial excercises can do miracles, I think they do help.

I do them via You Tube and my face feels plumped the day after I do them. If I did them every day---They would prob be more plumped.

I drink water, stay out of the sun, exercise my body, limit caffeine,
wash my make-up off every night, I do a facial every other month, limit junk food to almost nothing---No MSG either...

If you do not have time to do a full facial exercise tape...When you are lying in your bed at night: tap your face lightly---Start at the chin, up the cheek, all the way to the forehead. Repeat. Do this for 4 -5 minutes. Your face will feel plumped the next morning. Let me know !!!
