If I understand...you have clothes to donate? If so, I do have a couple of people in need. One is a single parent with 5 children and the youngest ones are twinn ages 8. What size are you? Let me know if you still have the items. I would be able to pick up.

If you are willing to drive a little bit, there is a great organization called Working Wardrobe in Costa Mesa. Since you have so much business attire, it is really a perfect place for you to donate. Here is their link: http://www.workingwardrobes.org/clothes.htm

What about a womens shelter. I do not know of any in your area listed but in long beach there is one called New Beginnings.

You could try a drug recovery home. I know of one in Santa Ana. ###-###-####. These are ladies trying to stay sober and who frequently need jobs; professional clothes would be a huge help.

Working Wardrobes will definitely take the business attire (that is what they ask for). I am not sure about the irons or curlers, but you can ask. The drop off site is actually in Costa Mesa, but they are such a great organization that it is worth the drive.

Even if you're not willing to drive a little, Working Wardrobe
is an excellent place to donate your unwanted clothing, et al.
Make it a special outing. Do something fun with the kidlet(s)
in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach after you have done your very good deed.

You can go to Women Helping Women in Costa Mesa. They are near Orange Coast College. They help low income women with a wardrobe for entering the workforce and provide make overs. This may be a good place for you.

Try the Women's Transitional Living Center. It's a domestic violence shelter for women and children.
