You can direct a thin piece of duct tape with a long thin tool such as a knife and force the tape to stick to the coin to pull it out. I have done this before and it works pretty well.
my little 20 month baby boy loves to play in our car. he's stuck coins in the air conditioning vents on the dash and the tape deck. I have tried tweezer to get the coins out, no luck. any suggestions?
i tried the tape and shop vac trick. the coins feel down to some deeper dark place and now doesn't make a rattling noise. good as solved?

A shopvac will do the trick. They have a ton of suction and if you use the small attachment it should slide in close in enough to suck it out.
The dash front will come off. I suggest that you talk with a dealership that carries your brand of car. Some dashe fronts are easy to remove and others aren't. Look for screws in the louvers for the air conditioner. You may be able to just unscrew it, remove the louvers and the coins and put it back on.
My 19 month old daugter did the same thing in my car! So I will be reading the comments on this one too haha.
