I have found that the mr. clean magic erasers will take off most stuff, permanent marker, crayon, etc. It might work on the paint.
Good luck :)
My husband was shaking a paint marker and I now have little blue paint specs all over my kitchen floor. It is also on my counter top and refrigerator. I found a lot of scrubbing and soap and water doesn't work.. Any suggestions on how to remove this... It's driving me nuts!!!

yes there is a wonderful product called Solumel and it is from Melaleuca.
If you would like to find out more just email me and I can help you with what you need to get the product.
Also this product does not have any harmful affects, like toxins like a paint remover.
I would try an abrasive powder or abrasive pad (steel wool) to scrub it off- unless it is a wood floor, then I would avoid a powder. You could also try scraping with a razor if it has bubbled. If not- try nail polish remover (again- watch on polished floors!).

I work at a paint store and we think your best bet is denatured alcohol(only availably in quarts) or Oops!(available in smaller quantities). Your main concern would be harming the finish of the fridge, counter, and floor so try it in an inconspicuous area first.
Good Luck!

Goo-gone works great. It got the paint off our hard wood floor. My father is a builder and swears by it.
I'm a professional painter, and denature alcohol or "oops" probably won't work b/c paint pens are not latex based. I'm pretty sure they are shellac based (alcohol & solvents) but that is some very durable paint. Before damaging your surfaces underneath, make sure you do a test.
It's probably too late for ammonia, because it's dry, but I would try that first. Windex would be fine. Let it pool around it. See if it gets soft enough that you can scrape it away. Your next option is acetone. This will eat your cabinet or wood floor finish, so be very careful. You may want to do this testing it w/ Q-tip. If your Q-tip starts turning blue, you definitely are making progress.
OK, if none of the above works, you keep this message so you can write me back. I have so much paint knowledge in my little head!
T., I'll be listing my home business here later today. Happen to be browsing thru, and came across your diiemna.I have a product called Sol-u-mel from Melaleuca, I can share.e-mail me ____@____.com. G.

Have you tried a baking soda and water paste on your counter tops and fridge? Give that a try and see if it might pry the paint off.
Good luck!
whenever I'm at a loss on how to remove something, I try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It surprisingly removes lots of things!
Try paint remover or GOOP OFF
I agree magic eraser is a miraculous invention LOL, Try it :)
Did you try the Mr Clean Magic Eraser? It seems to work wonders on stuff like that.
The Detroit News has a feature columnist early in the week I think (maybe more) who answers stuff like this. Glen something or other. Go online to detnews.com and see if you can't find out. Always answering home improvement questions or how to clean questions, stuff like that.
Or go to your hardware store and ask them. Know which paint it is and if it's acrylic, enamel, or what, so whoever you ask knows how to advise.
Have you tried the majic eraser? Also, maybe some nail polish remover? Good luck!

Try Goof Off- you can buy it at Lowes or Home Depot.
Try Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, or a house brand equivalent. They are amazing.
