T.S.
Speedo one piece "swim team" style swimsuits. They are made well and flattering and Costco usually has a bunch of them this time of year.
My daughter is 9 almost 10. She is not built her age. She is 5'2". Wears a 9 women shoe. 120lbs (but not chubby) she is right at a B cup bra and is curvy in the trunk area too :(
I need to get her an appropriate bathing suit for her age. She wears about a 7/8 avg in women. Where can I find something (store not online) with appropriate bathing suits?

I like the suits at Academy Sports. I bought my 12 year olds suit there last year and plan on going back.
Macy's.
Being she is that young and per her body.... I would get her something more modest.
People will think she is older than she is.
But you probably already know that.
Or, what MANY do here in Hawaii is: the kids wear a "rash guard" type top over their bathing suit. Which then also protects them from sunburn etc.
MANY kids do that here, and at that age and even adults.
My daughter is 10, and she and her friends, all wear these.
Check out Lands End. Love their bathing suits. I also like the idea of the rash guard shirts and board shorts.
Check a sporting goods store, or a department store, like Macy's.
lands end at sears makes good quality bathing suits ... they last .. they are not too tiny..
also.. you might want to look at a sporting goods store.. like dunhams or sports authority or dicks.. they will have speedo suits.. again make well.. good for swim team kids.. hold up.. do not fall apart..
Definitely Lands End.
If you don't want to shop online, I'd go to Sears for Lands' End suits. Love that you can buy separate pieces and mix and match tops & bottoms. They have some really cute tankini style tops and a variety of bottoms. Very age and figure appropriate.
Not sure wear to look, but I think a tankini is a good style at this age. Personally, I think two piece suits are much more comfortable than one piece. A tankini still provides a lot of coverage but they make a lot of cute ones and you can find some that don't show too much cleavage. I have gotten a couple at Kohl's recently for myself.
Land's End at Sears, and check Costco if you belong, they always have the one piece Speedos this time of year which are athletic and look good on pretty much everyone!
Beyond that you can always find conservative suits at most department stores, like Macy's or JC Penney (not sure what's near you.)
Lands End and LL Bean both have really nice bathing suits that would be perfect for her.
Oh, I LOVE Lime Ricki! I am her same size, except a few pounds lighter and a D cup. I find their suits very supportive, modern, and comfortable. They are really cute, too. The only think I recommend, is to size up. I am normally a small, but wear a medium for their suits.

Shoot, I just saw you said store only. I will say, they do offer free shipping on returns...if you can't find anything in a store.
I was going to say Justice too. They have sizes that go up to girls 18 and some things to a 20 which is larger than a ladies large. The sizes overlap starting around girls size 10-12 and ladies x-small/small.
The thing you are most likely finding is that the ladies suits are higher cut on the thighs, more bikini like, the tops have smaller cups so they can show more cleavage, etc...you want your little one to still look like a little one of course.
I bought several little girls who are larger the plus size swimsuits at Walmart. They had the half sizes up to girls 16 or 18 last summer. They were on clearance this past fall and I bought a couple suits each for my little friends. They were $5 or $6 each.
So I would check out the half/plus size suits at Walmart in the girls section. They are trying to address this issue as much as they can.
The store Justice is perfect for your daughters age and size. Super cute little girl styles and available up to size 20. 120lbs on the size chart is a girls 16. There should be a store near you. 89 of them in TX! Check it out!

As other people have mentioned, check out Justice, they have larger sizes and age appropriate swim wear. You might also check all the major department stores, many of them are a little more conservative than the mall specialty stores.
I'm not sure if Land's End has their full selection at Sears, but the nice thing about Land's End is that you can mix and match. I have several tops and bottoms for my daughter. Some are "bikini" like bottoms, but some are "skirts". I get the rash guard shirts for my daughter - mainly for skin protection. We are very fair and I don't want her to have sun burns. She doesn't seem to mind the rash guard shirts, but she can mix or match them with the bikini bottom or the skirt bottom. But, Land's end also has the tankini tops that are more bare on the shoulders.
Good luck!

I love nike and TYR suits from Dick's sporting goods. They are modest, allow for your daughter to play and have fun in the pool and not have to worry about slipping out of place.
You know where else - J Crew. Their suits (one piece) are pretty awesome and fun, classic colors. With the outlet in GP, not too expensive either.
Good luck!
