Baby Jogger City Micro vs City Mini

I was wondering if any of you Mom's had the Baby Jogger City Micro and what you love/hate about it. I'm torn between the Micro and the Mini only because of the price. The Micro is the more affordable but if saving a little longer for the Mini would be worth it I'd like to hear about it! =).

What can I do next?

Love everything about the city mini ! My friend had one and I tried it out first. The steering is great! I bought the optional snack tray, parent condolence and a mommy hook for the handle- and it does everything we want it to! It fits in he back of my mini Cooper, can handle walks to the grocery store and has been to Disney twice!

I almost didn't even read your post, because the title was enough for me. Mini ALLLLL the way! I used to work at a baby store that carried both. The comparison is not even close. The mini's shade is soooo much bigger. The micro's seat only reclines a little- if at all- the Mini lays totally flat. You can attach an infant car seat or child tray to the mini- not the micro. The mini also has a bigger front wheel and shock absorber- micro, not so much. And to help you in your decision further. Baby Jogger knows that the micro isn't that great and have discontinued it. Yes you can still get it from other retailers that are trying to get rid of it (probably the reason for the low price) but baby jogger no longer produces it.

I have the Micro - and the price was the driving factor.

I will say that I wish the sun shades were bigger. There's really no shade provided by the Micro at all.
It doesn't recline very far, but that's never been an issue for it. I've had my daughter in it since day 1 (just a little propped up!).

I LOVE the stroller overall. And honestly, I'm not sure that the additional sun shade is worth another $200. It's just something I wish was different.
PS: I also ordered mine off of Albee Baby for $200 with free shipping. :) Like the previous poster.

I just got a Micro and used it yesterday for the first time. It was really nice - easy to push and the kids were comfy. My son is 43" and 43 lbs and I have a baby girl (approx 17 lbs). I didn't get the car seat adaptor, kid tray, or any other accessories.

The only thing I don't love about it is that the basket is hard to access. It's large and you can fit a lot down there, but it's hard to reach, especially when the kids are in the stroller. I ended up having to take everything out of my diaper bag and just putting it loose in the bottom. Not ideal, but it worked. There are also big pockets on the backs of the two seats.

I don't think there is a huge difference between the two, but I'm not sure. I got my Micro brand new on Albeebaby.com for $229, no tax or shipping. I just bought it about two weeks ago.

I have the Mini and LOVE it! The canopy is bigger, which is great especially now during 100+ degree weather. The seats also has more padding and reclines fully, which the Micro doesn't have from what I understand.
