Message me. I know of some AWESOME products that will help fade the age spots and help repair/prevent the signs of aging.
Hi,
I'm only 31 years old and I've just started noticing (especially lately with the sunny weather) that I am starting to get brown spots on my skin that look kinda like freckles. The more I'm out in the sun, the more I seem to get. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what I can do (besides staying out of the sun which is kinda hard for me to do with 2 kids who always want to be outside) in order to minimize/reduce their appearance?

I had the same thing and my doctor said you have to use sunscreen everytime you go out in the sun and they will fade away. I used sunscreen when we were going to be out in the sun; however, not on a daily basis. I found that when I put it on everyday with my makeup the spots went away. It took a long time (month or so) but they did go away. I also put more sunscreen on if I was taking the kids outside later in the day. Let me know if you have any other questions . . . Hope this helps
Hello,
Use sunscreen for sure! I have been using this product Belly Butter on my skin and I have notice I am not getting the spots. I used Belly Butter when I was pregnant and I did not get one stretch mark and my skin never felt so good.
Since, I've had my son I started selling the Belly Butter and other bath and body products. I am not trying to sell you on this, but I thought you could check out the website and do some research on your own about the benefits that Belly Butter has.
The website is www.soulscents.org, go to the bottom of the 1st page and click on Belly Butter it will list all the benefits it offers. If you happen to want to make a purchase please use the promotional code fox.
Again, not trying to sell you the product just thought I would let you know what I use.
Good Luck,
M.
I have this same problem! A good way to start out is some IPL treatments to get rid of the exisiting hyperpigment. To maintain the results, Obagi Nuderm with Hydroquinone 4% will help protect your skin from creating new pigment and balance skin tone. Not to mention lots of protection: Colorscience has a great powder sun block which you can carry in your purse and Obagi has a great block to use as a base its 18.5% zinc! Try Almadenrejuvenationstudio.com! Lots of great options out there for you!
There is a easy way to get rid of these spots, this has been the number one problem that now can be resolved...OBAGI is too abrassive and expensive, arbonne is not medical grade , the two doctors who created PROACTIV now has a new line out for just this with medical grade ingredience and it is half the price of other medical treatments, look at www.rodanandfields.com this used to be sold at Nordstrom this web site has before and after photos that prove it does work. I can also offer you a discount by putting this in at the promotional code area at check out. You need the REVERSE KIT. With this code it will only run you 120.00 for a three month supply.....reprf10080 this will save you 10% free shipping, and much more, even a nurse for advice........
Have you heard of Arbonne International? They are a natural skin care company. Well the eye cream they have can be used on sun spots. They also have a great sun care line. Message me & I can set you up with some samples & costs. You can call too. ###-###-####
Dear cg,
as a woman over 50 (yikes!), and a licensed esthetician, i do have some suggestions for your brown spots. It is absolutely necessary that you apply sun screen (minimum spf 15) every day, just like brushing your teeth. There are alot of good products for the face with sun screen, even if you have oily skin. Also, it is important to cleanse and exfoliate properly. I would caution against the products with nut kernals, as they actually tear your skin. Over the counter neutrogena and oil of olay have some good stuff, or from a professional, you might try dermalogica. I would be happy to go into further detail if requested, regarding the products and care of your skin. It is hard to get rid of the current spots, you can fade them a bit, and you can prevent future spots with sun screen and exfoliation. Also, try wearing a hat. Hope this was helpful. Have a great day!
Dear CG,
Brown spots are not a big problem, they are what they are, and generally not dangerous. You can go on the internet and look them up. The information will help you decide what you can do about them, or not do, if that is the case.
I just got a rather big one on my left cheek about a year ago, it doesn't look too bad. It is more important how you treat people and how you feel about yourself than to worry about brown spots.

Do you use sunscreen? Do you cover up with long sleeves & long pants & a hat when in the sun? (wear white & look for light fabrics like 100% cotton or gauze, it's much cooler)
These things can help minimize your freckles, and you can also get a bleaching cream, if your skin isn't too sensitive.
If your parents & grandparents have lots of freckles, it might just be your fate, from being out in the sun...
Sunscreen. Lots and lots and lots of sunscreen. You should use at least an ounce a day on just yourself (about 1/2 that on children over 6 months according to my family doctor). I am very fair skinned and my doctor has me use the 35+ all day stuff (I usually use spf 50 all day and reapply about 4 times a day). Buy it in bulk and keep it everywhere - your purse, the diaper bag, the stroller, the car, your bike trailer, and your desk. I don't know how to get them removed other than possible laser treatment, but prevention is much simpler. Good luck!

Hi CG,
Do you use a sunscreen of at least SPF 25 on your face? Also there are products on the market that will diminish brown spots and even out your complexion.
I'm a skin care and cosmetic consultant. If you would like more info or would like me to send you samples just let me know.:)
Happy Summer!

Hi,
You should find a good dermatologist...but I know from experience about the brown spots. I have a big one on the left side of my face, which I was told was probably from driving! I finally got tinted windows...really tinted. I use cream bleach, which helps alot. Microdermabrasion helps, photofacials, and SUNSCREEN 50SPF!!!! ALWAYS...EVERYDAY. If you are fair like me, it will make a big difference in your aging process in the long run.
