Contact the legal clinic at Marquette University. They'll listen to your situation and refer you to an appropriate attorney.
If you contact a local womens shelter they should be able to help you find a lawyer at a reasonable price.
if you limit your question to your geographical area you'll have a better time getting useful answers. most of us don't live near milwaukee.
